About Me

I have spent my career helping people do their best work, whether that is a customer learning new technology or a team member trying to grow into their potential. I enjoy bringing clarity to complicated situations and creating an environment where people feel supported, understood, and confident moving forward.My experience spans B2B sales leadership, Customer Success, and federal modernization, with more than a decade at Apple developing business teams across multiple regions. No matter the setting, my approach is the same: lead with patience, communicate clearly, and help people succeed in a way that feels steady and human.I am at my best when I am building trust, developing people, and creating momentum that helps teams feel capable and confident in the work they are doing.

Leading teams is the part of my work that means the most to me. I try to create a space where people can be honest, where their strengths are recognized, and where growth feels supported and expected. I value simple and steady communication, and I do not shy away from coaching moments. When people understand what is expected and know they will be backed along the way, they do their best work.I have led high performing teams through growth, pressure, and change. Whether it is helping someone new gain confidence or helping a seasoned teammate grow into the next step, my focus is always on developing people and building organizations where good work feels achievable.

Customer Success Leadership

I believe great customer success starts with strong relationships. Customers need someone who listens, clears away confusion, and helps them move forward with confidence. Throughout my career, I have led teams through onboarding, workflow discovery, lifecycle engagement, and long term partnership building. My focus is always on reducing friction and helping people see steady progress.I work closely with sales, product, and technical teams so customers never feel like they are being passed around. I want every customer to feel guided and supported, not sold to. When customers know you are invested in their success, they move forward with clarity and trust.


Strategy, Analysis & Technical Insight

My analytical work is centered on helping teams make thoughtful decisions. I am comfortable breaking down complex workflows, asking the right questions, and translating between customers and technical teams. I have supported requirements gathering, workflow analysis, documentation, and solution design across private and federal environments.For me, the value is not only in the process. The value is helping people reach the moment when the path forward becomes clear. When teams align around the problem and understand the next steps, collaboration improves and decisions feel grounded and achievable.
